About us

Profyt is the mutual fund distribution platform built by OnEMI Technology Solutions — the listed company behind Kissht. The brand is new. The balance sheet, the engineering team and the regulatory track record behind it are not.

Why we built Profyt

India has roughly 1.5 lakh active mutual fund distributors. Most of them run a real advisory practice on tooling that was never designed for one — commission slabs that reward size over service, a client app carrying somebody else's brand, and back-office work that eats the hours that should go to clients.

We had already built the hard parts. OnEMI has spent more than a decade underwriting, onboarding and servicing customers at national scale through Kissht — the KYC pipelines, the reconciliation, the support desk, the compliance posture that regulated lending demands.

Profyt applies that to distribution. One standard commission share at every AUM level, every major AMC live from day one, and an app, a set of reports and a communication stream that carry the distributor's brand rather than ours.

Our position is that a distribution platform should be judged on what it pays, what it hides, and whose name the client sees. We have tried to make all three easy to check.
